ESSAY.HELPER_HK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 Parties. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement
between essay.helper_hk (“Agency”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an academic support and content
consultancy operating under this brand identity, and the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”) who
engages our services.
1.2 Acceptance. These Terms are deemed accepted by the Client upon payment of any invoice
issued by the Agency or upon use of the services provided by the Agency.

2. SERVICES
2.1 Scope of Services. The Agency will provide academic reference materials, writing support,
and educational coaching services including but not limited to preparation of model essays,
outlines, annotated samples, and writing guidance (“Reference Materials”).
2.2 Purpose of Services. All Reference Materials are provided for academic reference, study
support, and educational purposes only. They must not be submitted directly to any educational
institution as the Client’s own work.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Academic Integrity. The Client bears sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with the
academic integrity rules of their institution. The Agency will not be held liable for any disciplinary
or academic consequences resulting from misuse of Reference Materials.
3.2 Appropriate Use. The Client must treat all Reference Materials as study aids, guidance, and
examples. Direct submission of the materials as the Client’s own work is strictly prohibited.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes. The Agency does not guarantee specific grades, results, or
academic achievements. Outcomes depend on the Client’s own effort and compliance with
institutional policies.
4.2 Exclusion of Liability. The Agency accepts no liability for any penalties, disciplinary action, or
reputational consequences resulting from the Client’s misuse of Reference Materials.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Ownership. The Agency retains ownership of all Reference Materials. The Client is granted a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials strictly for study and
educational purposes.
5.2 Restrictions. The Client may not resell, distribute, or publish any Reference Materials, nor
present them as their own intellectual output.
5.3 Sample Use. The Agency reserves the right to use anonymized excerpts or completed works
created under this agreement as samples for portfolio, promotional, or educational display
purposes. All identifying information (such as client name, institution, or assignment details) will
be removed to ensure the client’s confidentiality.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Fees. The Client agrees to pay fees as specified in the invoices issued by the Agency.
6.2 Non-Refundable. All payments are final and non-refundable once services commence.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared
during the course of the service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Agency may use
anonymized excerpts or completed works for portfolio, promotional, or educational display
purposes in accordance with Clause 5.3 (Sample Use), ensuring that no client-identifying
information is disclosed.
7.2 Data Protection. The Agency will comply with applicable data protection laws in handling
personal data.

8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. The courts
of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior communications.
